From insurance agency to visibility partner.

Panel Development Partners is a health insurance organization serving families and providers, headquartered in Miami Lakes, Florida. Our consumer brand, TuSeguroMedico.com, the official DBA of Panel Development Partners, helps Hispanic families across 13+ states understand and enroll in ACA Marketplace, Medicare, dental, and life insurance coverage.

Before founding the agency, Juan Ignacio Baldrich served as Chief Provider Strategist for one of the largest insurance companies in the United States. He led Medicare Advantage strategy, provider network development, and managed care operations: provider risk alignment, capitation models, and the quality metrics that decide whether value-based care actually works. Years on the provider side of the table taught him, at national scale, how medical groups grow. The results back it up: he took that playbook, founded his own agency, and scaled it from a small Miami operation into a multistate network serving families and providers across eight states.

In 2018, TuSeguroMedico.com was a small independent agency site entering one of the most competitive search niches on Google: health insurance in South Florida. On page one sat the websites of national carriers, HealthCare.gov itself, and lead-generation companies with million-dollar budgets. Our entire starting budget was the sweat of one licensed agent, and the conviction that the Hispanic community deserved quality information in Spanish.

Health insurance is a "Your Money or Your Life" category, the segment where Google applies its strictest quality standards. We couldn't buy our way in; we had to earn trust the hard way: credentialed content, a complete and active Google presence, systematic reviews, technical SEO, and authority built link by link, in Spanish and English. From a small site to a market reference. That's the playbook.

Somewhere along the way, that necessity became a discipline, and the discipline became a passion. Visibility, done right, is close to a science: measurable, repeatable, compounding. Today we offer that science to the businesses that need it most: doctors, medical groups, attorneys, and other professionals judged by the same E-E-A-T standard we live under ourselves.

Most marketing agencies learned SEO on e-commerce stores and restaurants, then "adapted" it to healthcare. We come from the opposite direction: we are a licensed, regulated YMYL operator that mastered visibility because our own revenue depended on it.
